DLCDA welcomes Saint-Gobain ADFORS to Dublin-Laurens County

The Dublin-Laurens County Development Authority (DLCDA) announced today that Saint-Gobain ADFORS America, Inc. (ADFORS) of Paris, France has completed the acquisition of an existing fiber glass fiberglass manufacturing facility in the Dublin-Laurens County community.
 
“I am confident in our investment in the American economy and we are excited to provide the necessary resources that will allow the Dublin-Laurens area to prosper and grow,” said Milos Pavlis, CEO Saint-Gobain ADFORS.
 
Saint-Gobain is one of the oldest manufacturing companies in existence, established in October 1665 by Louis XIV. ADFORS is a subsidiary of the Saint-Gobain group, the world’s largest company for building materials and has been recognized as one of the world’s top 100 most innovative companies for nine years running. While having strong expertise in glass fiber technology, ADFORS has an extensive knowledge base for weaving, knitting, mat forming, and coating of fiber glass. The company is a global leader in technical textiles and currently does business in 68 countries with 14 manufacturing sites around the world.
